- EDM -

Four conventional EDM machines give us the ability to perform a range of services; mold repair, rapid prototyping, multicavity, or production EDM.

- ELECTRODES -

Complex electrode manufacturing is facilitated through the use of a robotic loader and powerful CAD/CAM software. Fine finishesare achieved with quality shrinkfit tooling and 30,000 RPM.

- HARD MILLING -

Milling of hardened materials up to 65Rc can be performed with accuracy and quality finishes through the use of our rigid box way machine and quality tooling.

- WIRE EDM -

We offer outside wire EDM services on one of our two machines capable of using a 0.004 through 0.012 wire diameter in 2 axis through 4 axis up to 12.2" tall. We also offer small hole EDM drilling.
